85. Place your hands on the receiver's shoulders and push them toward the feet. This shaking and pushing will loosen the neck and shoulders.
86. Bring the arms over the head. Press the armpit and lymph nodes. This also loosens shoulder joints
87. Holding the arms at the wrist, have the receiver breathe in. On an exhalation, you pull the arms outstretched, while the receiver pushes the heels out. The toes are pointed toward the body. Tbis is a very good overall body stretch.
