5. Rotate head by placing one hand on the forehead and the other hand on the back of the neck. Rotate in each direction three times. This releases head tension and increases neck flexibility.
6. Stretch the neck and shoulder by placing the palm of the hand flat on the shoulder edge, and the side of the forearm against the side of the head. Inhale together and on the exhale, stretch the head away from the shoulder. Repeat on other side. Effective lo loose tight neck and shoulders
7. From behind, support receiver with one knee,as you take hold of the forearm near the elbow. Breathe in and, on the exhalation, pull the elbows back as the receiver brings the head back. This releases upper body tension which loosens up back, chest, shoulders, and neck.
