58. Turn palm up. Place the little finger of your outside hand between the receiver's little and ring fingers. Place the little finger of your other hand between the receiver's index finger and thumb. Spread and stretch the palm.
59. Press this palm area with both your thumbs. Treating the center of the palm is especially good for the heart.
60. Hold the receiver's left hand. Press simultaneously top and bottom with your thumb and index finger directly on top of the wrist-bone and the back of the arm. Manipulate from the wrist up to the elbow. Repeat several times.
61. Press on a diagonal from the inside wrist toward the outside elbow on top of the forearm. Repeat several times
