Complete Shiatsu Treatment No 8-9-10-11






8. Standing from behind reach over and hold the
receiver's wrist. Breathe jn together and, on an exhala­tion, lean back stretching the arms overhead. This loosens and stretches arms and chest.





Lying Down Position for Back and Lower Part of Body





Have the receiver lie face down, with toes turned in and arms straight out at a ninety degree angle to the rest of the body.






9. Stand to the side at the waist, and roll the pelvis with the foot. This will loosen and relax the who! body quickly.






10-Standing between the re-fiver's legs, facing out-;,ard walk on the bottoms of both feet at the same time walking from arch to heel several times. Do not walk on the toes. Shift your weight from one side to the other. Your toes are on the floor; your heels do the pressing. This brings blood down from the upper body.









11-Press out the heel with your foot. With your right foot press down and outward
ghtly, to stretch out the a"kle. Repeat on o'her side.
