Straighten the legs. Hold the left ankle. Place your right foot on top of the pelvic bone. Pull upward, diagonally, stretching the leg. Return the leg to its resting position. Repeat this from the other side with the other leg. Carefully observe photograph for correct body posture. You can move your support foot on the back. Move from pelvic area upward. This stretches the whole body.
