62. Turn the palm up and press directly up the middle of the arm, both top and bottom, to the elbow.
63. Press, squeeze, and massage the upper arm. Beginning at the top of the shoulder, press until you reach the elbow. Hold each point for 1-3 seconds.
64a. Begin at the shoulder-again, this time beginning slightly higher near the top of the shoulder.
64b. Press down to the elbow moving along the outside of the upper arm. Repeat several times.
65. Press in the underarm from inside the shoulder down to the elbow. Repeat several times
