21. Use a chair for balance; step up on the buttocks near the hip with most of the weight. With one foot near the hip, use the other foot to press gently, moving down from between the shoulder blades to the waist. Press and hold each position for 1-2 seconds. All three methods loosen up the back and can correct spinal alignment.
22. standing on the receiver, using a chair for balance, allow your toes to press into the lower hack just above the hipbone. Gently rock and loosen this area. Good for stiff hip and relaxing the lower back. Also effects abdominal and menstrual cramps
