Complete Shiatsu Treatment

The full shiatsu session which follows is described in a step-by-step manner. Each step has either a photograph or illustration and a written explanation. This simple approach gives you the ability to practice directly . Look carefully at the photographs for fine points of body posture for both the giver and receiver. Photos and drawings make good, long-lasting impressions on the mind.


The written portion has key words at each step of the treat­ment. After you have given several treatments, a glance at the photograph and the beginning words of each step should remind you of what to do next. Eventually, the book will become unnecessary except for review and reminders. After giving several sessions, your intuition will develop.
Repetition and practice promote this development.
