35. Have receiver turn over onto the back. Stand at the feet of the receiver. Bend both knees and push down toward the chest on an exhalation. This stretches the lower back and loosens and increases flexibility in the hips.
36. Hold same position and rotate the knees in both clockwise (a.) and counterclockwise (b.) directions
