48. Move up between the receiver's legs. Place palm over the knee caps and press back and forth. Good for any knee trouble.
49. Squeeze the thighs from above the knee to the pelvis. With the thumb and index finger, squeeze while body weight is leaning onto the thighs. Especially in the groin area, use thumbs to press lymph nodes. This softens the muscles by increasing circulation and distributes energy throughout the body.
50. Lightly bend knee, holding toe and ankle. Quickly pull and adjust ankle.
51. Press abdomen by placing one palm down with the other on top just above the pubic b'one. Coordinate the breath and on an exhalation press down. Repeat up to three times. This stimulates and strengthens the internal organs.
