Complete Shiatsu Treatment No 30a-30b-31

Change arms and repeat. Bend the arm at the elbow, lean your body weight on the shoulder blade, press with the thumb around the shoul­der blade and adjust the arm stretch. (See numbers 26-29)








30 a. Go to the side of receiver and gently pound the back with lightly closed fists.













30 b. You can also pound with your palms together, lightly striking the back with the back of the hands. This is an easy technique to relax the back. It also improves circulation.











31. Go to the feet of the re­ceiver and bend the leg at the knee. With one foot up in the air at a time, grab and bend the toes toward the floor. This will stretch the Achilles tendon and ankle.
