Complete Shiatsu Treatment No 17-18





17. With left foot, press arm from below shoulder to
Wrist. Avoid the elbow! Good for bursitis and tennis elbow. Change to right side. Repeat, Press hand, then, press from below shoulder down to wrist.


Upper Part of Body

















18. Standing over the receiver, with one foot on each side of the body, place the heels of your hands together at your wrist on the spine near the top of the back. Your fingers are out­stretched and perpendicular to the spine. Lean your body weight onto the receiver on an exhalation. Move your hands down from the shoulder blade region to the waist, one breath at a time. This loosens up the back.
